These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of getpromptpack.com and your purchase of digital products from PromptPack (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By browsing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Operator
PromptPack operates getpromptpack.com and sells digital AI prompt packs. Contact: support@getpromptpack.com.
2. Digital products
We sell downloadable digital goods (prompt packs), typically delivered as ZIP archives containing text or markdown files. Products are described on the product pages. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Prompt packs are creative writing tools for use with third-party AI image tools (for example Midjourney- or Flux-style workflows). We do not provide those third-party services, and we do not guarantee any specific model output, style, or commercial result from generated images.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. By buying, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Orders and payment
Checkout is processed by Creem (or the payment provider linked from our Buy button). You authorize the payment provider to charge the listed price for the selected product. An order is complete when payment succeeds and we make the digital download available according to the checkout flow.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital and typically immediate after successful payment (download link or file access via the payment provider’s fulfillment flow). Keep your email and download link secure. If you do not receive access, contact support@getpromptpack.com with your order details.
6. License grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompt files you bought for:
- Your own creative projects
- Commercial projects you create, where the prompts are used as input to generate images or concepts
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, publish, or sublicense the prompt files (or substantial copies of them) as a competing prompt pack or dataset
- Claim authorship of the prompt pack as a product you sell to others
- Use the prompts to create or promote illegal, deceptive, or harmful content
Ownership of the prompt pack copyright remains with PromptPack. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product files—only the license above.
7. Acceptable use
Our packs are written for fashion-leaning, non-adult portrait prompting. You agree not to use our materials to create or market non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes intended to deceive, or other unlawful content. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party AI tools you use.
8. Refunds (digital goods)
Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately, all sales are final once the download has been made available or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or replacement download if:
- The file is defective or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
- Delivery failed and we cannot restore access after a reasonable attempt
Refund requests should be sent to support@getpromptpack.com within 14 days of purchase and must include your order ID or payment receipt. We do not refund for change of mind, unused downloads, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated images (model outputs vary and are outside our control).
If local consumer law gives you mandatory cooling-off or refund rights for digital content, those rights apply in addition to this policy. Where you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights, that consent applies as permitted by law.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, branding (including “PromptPack” and getpromptpack.com), and product files are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy the site design or product catalog for competing commercial use without written permission.
10. Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted site availability or that prompts will produce any specific visual result in third-party tools.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptPack’s total liability arising from any purchase or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms or product offerings. The “Last updated” date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for new purchases and ongoing site use.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with us at support@getpromptpack.com so we can attempt an informal resolution.
