PromptPack (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates getpromptpack.com and sells digital AI prompt packs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Who we are
PromptPack is the operator of getpromptpack.com. For privacy questions, contact support@getpromptpack.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Order and payment information — processed by our payment provider (Creem). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Creem may collect your name, email, billing details, and transaction metadata as needed to complete the purchase.
- Contact information — such as your email address when you write to support or when it is provided through checkout for delivery of your download.
- Technical data — standard server or CDN logs (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security and reliability.
This website is a static site. We do not run account registration or a customer dashboard on getpromptpack.com itself.
3. How we use information
- To fulfill digital orders and deliver download links or files
- To respond to support requests
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and technical issues
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Creem (or the checkout provider linked from our Buy button). Their privacy practices apply to data they process. Please review Creem’s privacy documentation on their official site for details on how they handle payment data.
5. Cookies and analytics
The core site pages do not require cookies to browse. If we later add optional analytics or checkout cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, provide notice or consent controls.
6. Data retention
We retain order-related records as long as needed for support, refunds, tax, and legal compliance. Support emails are kept as long as useful to resolve your request and for legitimate business records.
7. Sharing
We share personal information only when necessary:
- With payment and delivery providers to complete your purchase
- With hosting or infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf
- When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security
8. International transfers
Our hosting and payment partners may process data in countries other than yours. By using the site or purchasing, you understand that your information may be transferred internationally subject to applicable law.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@getpromptpack.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. Children’s privacy
Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
